Christmas AKA Spoil Fest

Christmas was quite the spoil fest this year, Conner and Ethan each got a new scooter and Bryant got a new bike. We actually didn't realize how much we got the boys until we were wrapping. We started buying clear back in July when ever we went out of town (which isn't that often) if there was something on sale we picked it up and stored it, there were somethings I forgot we had.

Ethan got this slide and absolutely loved it, it was worth every penny. He kept going down it and then when we would pull him away long enough to open a gift, he would have his gift go down it.

We later went to my parents house for omelets (tradition) and open more gifts. They are way too generous.
In the afternoon we went to James' parents and grandparents homes, and visited and played with their new WII. We brought one of our games up to play and to frustrate Grandpa Francom.
Over all it was a wonderful Christmas.

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve we invited my parents over for my attempt at Cafe Rio. After dinner we made cookies for Santa and of course for us too.

While we were waiting for the cookies to bake, we had Grandma read "Twas The Night Before Christmas".

Then it was time to frost the cookies. I think Ethan loved this the best, what do you think?

They really can't help themselves.

After cookies we cleaned up and they got to open one present, which happened to be PJ's.

Then we read about the true meaning of Christmas in the scriptures and the boys watched a little movie about Christ's birth. It was so great and all three kids were really good listening and watching.

It was a wonderful Christmas Eve, thanks Mom and Dad for joining us.

Bryant's Christmas Program

Bryant had a wonderful Christmas program. I am always so impressed with how much Mrs. Johnson does with the kids in such little time. It was all so cute, and Bryant was so happy because James and my parents were able to make it.

In these two pictures the kids are singing about getting sick from Christmas cookies. I love Rachele's face, it is so funny.

Good job Bryant, "May the joy of Christmas be found in your heart." (Bryant's part for the program).
