Family Trip

We went to American Fork for James' cousin Tiffany's wedding. She was married at the Mt. Timpinogos Temple, which is really close to where David's new house is. So while we went to the beautiful wedding, with the beautiful bride, my sister-in-law watched our kiddos. It worked out perfectly.
Then after the wedding we went swimming at the Lehi Rec. Center with my friend Jen and her kids. I love seeing Jen and her family when ever I can, she is so much fun.
After swimming we ran back to David and Jami's showered, got ready, and shoved dinner in our mouths and went to Tiffany's reception, which was the best reception I have ever been to. To bad James doesn't love receptions like I do, plus the kids were way tired from swimming, but it was still fun with great food (bonus). It made for a busy day, but it was so fun.

The night we got there David and Jami got out Cameron's new cotton candy maker that he got for his birthday. It was so much fun, my kids loved it and now I want one.

I didn't remember my camera, and we had to leave the wedding right after we got out so we don't have any pictures at the reception, but I will try to get some pictures later. However on Sunday Chloe and Ethan refused to go to class, so we left the other boys with their cousins and took a walk around the temple which practically shared a parking lot with the church.

We went for a walk at a near by pond lake (pond?) while David finished up a yummy dinner (mmmmm turkey).

On the way home we stopped in Moab to play on the sand dune. The kids loved it so much, we need to stop there more often.

Thanks David and Jami for letting us stay at your house. I always love staying with you because the kids all get along so well, the foods great, and you do a great job of making us feel welcome.

Ethan's Birthday!!!!

OK so I'm a little late, but yeah Ethan turned 4! Ethan is such a fun kid and a challenge all rolled up in one. He for sure keeps me on my toes. With age he is getting easier. He has the best smile, and I absolutely love his button nose, and really who doesn‘t love his cowlick. I can't believe he is 4, literally I was telling people he was going to be 5 (I must be losing it). Ethan thanks for being such a fun, exciting member of our family. We all love you!

I let Ethan have a party with friends this year. Bryant and Conner were so great to help clean and decorate for his party. Bryant came up with the idea to have them play pin the tail on the donkey, so I put him in charge of it. He made the donkey, and then made little tails with the kids names on them.

Look what an awesome job Bryant did with the game.

This kid is so spoiled, he got a snow cone maker from his Grandpa/ma Johnson. We have really loved it.

We went to Lehi the weekend before Ethan’s Birthday so everything we did there we told him was for his birthday… so yeah, he had a great Birthday.
