Bryant's Birthday/ Neighborhood Carnival

Bryant turned 7! It is so crazy that he is already 7. He is such a great kid. I am so happy that he is the oldest because he is a wonderful example to his siblings. He is always willing to help and is a hard worker with a good heart, plus he is smart and good looking like his Daddy. We love you Bryant.

We were invited to a carnival up the street from us. We decided to tell Bryant that it was his birthday party. It Was Awesome! They had the kids go around and play games to earn tickets, and then they had a prize table. Let's just say Conner was a natural Carnie. The lady who did this moved into her house two weeks before, and had a 6 week old baby, isn't that amazing/crazy? She is so extremely nice and super creative.
They had the boxes from moving and let the kids decorate them and then take them in the garage for the "Drive in Movie" so cute.

They made a ice-cream truck out of cardboard and went around with a cooler giving the kids ice-cream, they loved it.

Thanksgiving Gardens

When we moved it was Memorial weekend and James’ parents came up that Sunday to drop Tamara off for EFY, do the Parade of Homes, and spend time with us. On Memorial Day we went and got our family pass at Thanksgiving Point sense we are so close to it. We went to The Dino Museum and the Gardens with his parents. While we were there we found out every Monday (starting that day) till summer is over The Gardens has “Family Night at the Gardens”, where they have different themes and you walk around the gardens going to different activities. The first theme was “Carnival”. I will do posts of the other themes.

They did face painting, cotton candy, carnival games, card tricks and baloon animals (which we didn't do because it took to long). It was all free (well after we bought our pass:).

Moving Day

THANK YOU!
I wanted to thank everyone who helped us move. We had a great turn out from the Elder's Quorum, I had meals, and people help pack and watch my kids, everyone was so great so Thank You! (better late then never).

This was the last night in our house. The boys slept together on the floor and this picture was to cute to pass up.

Bryant's Last Day of School

On Bryant’s last day of school he woke up saying he was sick. I wanted him to go so bad because it was his last day, but more because he had perfect attendance the whole year. I was pretty sure it was just nerves, because we were packing up our whole house and he was sad about saying good bye to Mrs. J and his friends. So I made him go (more for the attendance thing). We were late so he missed the drawing for the perfect term attendance where if you were there for the whole term you get put in a drawing and can win prizes including a bike. I asked if they get anything for not missing a day the whole year, they gave them a little certificate (and I think a pin, I don’t remember), I couldn‘t believe they didn‘t even do a drawing for anything. It was a lot harder having him there everyday, I thought they would do a little more.
Bryant was happy he went and ended up having a fun field day (I think it was the best field day I have ever see, good job Andrea). He looks so handsome.

Mrs. Johnson gave him this puppy dog and a huge bag of skittles to say good bye, because they were both moving. She was the best teacher, she was just what Bryant needed this year, he loves her so much, and she taught him a ton. It was a great year! Thank you Mrs. J for making this the best first grade experience, he needed you:).

My dad came the week before we moved and loaded up all the bikes and big toys so they would be in our new house when we got there.

Conner had so much fun helping him. They kept getting all their toys and loading them up.

Enjoying the best trampoline before we had to move. This was one of the weekends that James was home. It made us appreciate having him home, when he was gone so much.

Chloe was crying like crazy all day, I couldn't get her to stop. Brookie came over and found if she held her like this and moved her up and down she would sleep. Thanks for helping out Brookie. Chloe had never cried like that before, and she hasn't since.


Brooke hiding out, hanging out and getting some work done. I wonder where she goes now. I miss having her just come over and hanging out:(.
