Yeah For James!!!

These pictures are fun. The first is James beating his sister at chess (not very nice), and then the other is James and Ethan just being cute in his "jail bird" outfit.
Well on to the big news. James got a new job!!! Yeah!!! He is excited to start working for Eagle Air Medical. He starts on the December 15th. Eagle Air has bases all over, one in Blanding, one in Hawaii, and one in Denver, they are opening a new one in Alaska and hired James to do the book keeping and payroll for that base (Guardian Flights). James is nervous but excited to start this new job, and we feel that there will be more room for mobility there. I am so proud of him, and thankful that he found a job he is excited about, I think he will like it.

Conner's Misdirection

I am a little like Kristen, I like to put pictures with my posts. I found this one and thought it would be good to put. This is Conner on the left, and my Dad on the right as a baby. They look so much alike.

So the other day Brookie called to see what we were up to, Travis was gone watching football at a friends and I am guessing she knew we would be doing nothing. After talking a bit we decided to watch "High School Musical" sense we were the only ones who haven't seen it. Well when she got to our hose I woke up Conner who was sleeping on the couch (he does not like being woke up). I noticed that he peed in his pants a little so I took him to the bathroom and told him to take off his pants and underwear while I got him clean ones. Well when I returned Conner was standing half asleep peeing all over the drawers in the bathroom. One was slightly open and was being filled up with pee. When I yelled "What are you doing?" It woke him up and he was as shocked as I was. I couldn't help but laugh, even though it wasn't fun cleaning it up.

Happy Birthday to Us! One Year Older and Wiser Too?

So a week ago it was James and My Birthdays. Mine was on the 14th and James is on the 16th. It is kind of fun to have our b-days so close because it is like three days of birthdays.
On my Birthday my friends (courtsey of Brookie) took me on a b-day lunch just the girls. It was so fun getting caught up and hanging out, I love girl outings Thanks. When I got home James had had the boys make me cards with candy on it. Conner wanted the candy so he wouldn't give me the card, James said he already had the first candy he picked for me and told him to give it to me. I thanked him, and took the candy off to share with him, he was so mad he took the picture he drew and through on the ground and stomped on it, we just had to laugh.
Later that night I chose to go to Patio with James and the boys, it was really fun, we don't eat out that often. James also made me some steps for step arobics that I requested.
The next day I set up James' b-day gift a day early because his b-day was on a Sunday. I got a paintball game in the works. James has had his gun for exactly a year (last years present) and has never used it. He has talked about using it, but nothing ever came of it so... I made it happen. When I told James he was like "So you are doing a 'play date' for my present?"
I just smiled and said "That's what Mothers do best." I am so glad I did it he had so much fun.
Later without we went to my parents for dinner and cake, after dinner but before cake we went to look at Val and Wendy's new house (by the way it is a very nice house), little did I know that was just a ploy to get me out of the house so my friends could come for the suprise party James set up. I could not believe it, James never does anything like this, I think it was a little over whelming for him, and stressed him out, he thinks I made it difficult because I always know where he is. The party was way fun. Good company, good food, and good games.
Thanks again James I loved it, you are the best. Also thanks to all my friends for making it a wonderful three days.

Halloween!!

Bryant was a Knight, Conner was a Dragon and Ethan a Tigger.

We had a fun halloween. The boys enjoyed all the Halloween parties and I have to admit I had fun too. We started with the College Carnaval that I went to with Candace. When I went to pick her up she asked Bryant what he was for Halloween. He said "a shime, shime, arm; I'm a Sharmer". So funny I had to tell him "You are a knight in shining armor". The boys won alot of cheap little toys I threw away (without them knowing) when they were left on the floor for Ethan. Ethan did not like the "Cat in the Hat". He cried everytime he saw her, and made sure he kept an eye on her from a distance.

Then Conner had two parties for each preschool, and Bryant had a school party that I went and helped with the craft. Kristin Black was in charge of the party and I have to say she did a great job, and Andrea Nielson was nice enough to take the picture of Bryant for my blog :) it is so dang cute, Thanks!

We then had fun at the Trunk-or-Treat that my ward did. They do a great job. Then we went to get doughnuts from Shauna and did a little trick-or-treating door to door for the kids. When we got home we let the kids hand out candy (which they loved) and they were giving out handfuls of cheap candy. We had to stop them so that we wouldn't run out completely and have to give out some of their candy. Over all a very good halloween.

Ethan Getting Big

Look what Ethan can do :0. Can you believe it, he is now pulling himself up to things. I am in for alot of trouble, and just today James put him on the bike and he loved it. Too cute, and way too big.
