Chloe and Pagie BFFs (2-24-15)

Chloe's Best Friend Page came over to go sledding.  I can not get over how cute these two are.

My favorite was watching them try to go down the sled together.  It is harder than it looks.

Sometimes our big brother wants to sled too.

So we give him the sled and go down like penguins.
I wrote: Chloe said, "We are Best Friends Forever, BFF!"
I love this picture of both of them.

Owen's Own Room!

I had been looking forward to this day for a long time, and I knew when it finally came I would cry, and I did.  It was way harder for me then him.  Look at his happy face in the pictures.  We moved the boys down stairs, and put him in his own room Feb. 19 the day after his 11 month mark.  It is now a few weeks later and I have to say it is the best.  We sleep better so we are happier, he sleeps better so he is happier.  He has picked up on a schedule and does 2 naps a day and sleeps from 8:00-7:00 everyday. Before his naps were so random, and he would wake up and cry for mom several times a night. Good day in the Francom home. By the way, the older boys and Chloe are all happier too.  Chloe, and Bryant have their own rooms witch they love, and Ethan and Conner are enjoying their room, and becoming good friends.

Ethan Loves to Read

Owen 11 Months Old!!!!

He is growing so big so fast!  He is roughly 22 lbs. now.  He loves playing with his siblings, and they all adore him. He is pulling himself up on everything, and acts like he is so brave when he moves from one piece of furniture to another.  He looks at me and smiles like, 'Did you see that? That was awesome!  I can't believe I did it!' He loves food, and screams at who ever is feeding him if it is not coming fast enough, he really prefers feeding himself whenever possible.  He is getting a little picky.  He gets mad if I feed him something other than what we are eating.  He gives open mouth slobber kisses, and he loves being held and cuddling time right after he wakes up, which I love.  He says "mama" all the time, and that is pretty much it.  He sometimes says Hi, or Hey.  He loves "the Baby in the mirror", and gets mad after baths if we forget to stop and sing "The Baby in the Mirror" song, and say hi to the baby.  We love this happy baby so much it is crazy!

Not the biggest fan of laying in his car seat for pictures.

He loves his bath, but he loves it even more when he has little buddies like Chloe and Ethan with him.

A Beautiful day spent on the cheap swing-set with his siblings.

Look how happy he is to be with him.  They are so good to him.

Basement Before's and After's!

James and I worked our butts off for a little over a week to get these three rooms ready for carpet on 2/16.  We had to finish framing and dry walling the closet in Conner and Ethan's room, and then we had to per-fa four layers, and texture both bedrooms, and then paint all three rooms. After working hard all day and night, and then being woken up by Owen two more times in the night we stayed very motivated.

We are horrible at doing before and afters.  You would think we would learn after all the work we have done on our two previous houses.  The theater room before was from the people we bought it from.  The two rooms weren't even framed, no walls nothing.  I really am kicking myself for not getting that before.  I took some in the middle of working on the walls.

I think our theater room is the coolest.  I love how the paint, chairs, and carpet all turned out, and it is just way cool that we got those chairs for free, even though they were a pain to install and do the carpet on.  It is so fun.

OK, maybe the rooms are my favorite because they made it so Owen wasn't in our room anymore.  This is Bryant's room.  The picture of him on the bed was actually taken 2/19.  When we moved him and Conner we threw away three garbage bags of crap.  I swear the teachers use my kids as their recycling bins.  Bryant loves having his own room.

This is Conner and Ethan's room.  They have been so nice to each other.  I think Conner was a perfect kid for Ethan to share with.  This room has a crazy big closet, our boys are spoiled.

Here is Chloe and Owen helping James set up the boys beds while they are at school.  They are the cutest. 2/19/15

Valentines 2015

For Valentines James and I worked like crazy on the basement because it was the last day we could work on it before the carpet came.  I did make time to do Chloe's hair cute.  Then while we were working she made a bunch of random Valentines to take to the neighbors.

Then we sent all the kids on a walk to take around mini golf valentines to all the neighbor kids.  Bryant and Ethan were fighting right before I took this picture and I still sent them like a super mom.

Then we had a fancy drink to go with their hart pizzas.

We didn't have time on Valentine's Day to do the games I wanted to do with the kids (a repeat of what I did for Ethan's class party which was Awesome!), so we did them at my parents house.  I thought my parents might enjoy watching them, and being a part of it, but I was wrong.  The kids still had fun. Here is a list of all the games:
1. Stack Conversation Harts as high as you can.
2. Pick up harts with chop sticks
3. Cookie on Forehead
5. Suck marshmallows with straw into cup
4. Toss marshmallows in cups
6. Hart Lava
7. Love spot
