Top Ten things of 2008!

10. Bryant starting kindergarten and Conner starting preschool.

Bryant loves school, and when he actually stays he sure learns alot.

Conner has been watching Bryant go to school for two years, it is so nice to let him go to his own school.

9. Women's volleyball

The reason why this made the list is because of how happy I was I got to play. I wasn't going to play because it was supposed to start right when I had Ethan, but luckily it started late and I got to play. It was so fun, Thanks Candace.

8. Learning how to bottle and can.

I had so much help with this. My grandparents let me come out and helped me can peaches with them, and then Dorene taught me how to do applesause. Two days ago I went up to the Cannery and learned how to can up there, I did my powdered milk, and have already used it:).

7. Bryant learning to ride his bike.

This took a little bit more work than I thought it would be with more James' help then mine he was able to do it. Yeah!

6. Going to Idaho to see Kevin and Liesle, and going to Bear World.

This was such a fun trip. If any of you have ever seen me at a zoo you would have loved to see me surrounded by bears, I wanted to roll down my window so bad.

5. Starting the blog.

I love blogging because I feel like it is a great way to keep intouch, and even beter I don't feel bad about not journaling anymore.

4. Joining the Twilight band wagon.

I loved these books, but missed my family. I have never made it through a series of books like that. I also went to the premier of the movie with Brooke and Kristen, and sat with Candace and her friends. Candace is the reason why we even got tickets so thanks again Candace. By the way movie wasn't that great, friends were awesome, they made it so much fun.

3. Softball team improving 600%

This is the second year we played with this team, they are the funnest. I put them together to just have fun. The first year we didn't win any games, but we had a blast. This year we won six (I think), and found out it is also fun winning:).

2. James' new job with Eagle Air Med.

James started about 3 weeks ago and is loving it. He is doind alot with the transition and is looking forward to the future with Eagle Air. They all have treated him so good.

1. Ethan being born.

This is hands down the best thing that happend this year. He is such a wonderful member of our family. He has the best personallity and is such a good baby. I love that he is such a mama's boy (don't worry I know I won't always love it) he lights up when ever I see him. He is an amazing addition to our family.

Francom Christmas

Ehan's first Christmas present.

Conner trying to blow up a balloon.

We got the boys some video games, and told them to open them together. This is the result of the first one they opened. It was so funny to see their faces when they realized they each had a hold of the game.

Half way through opening gifts, Bryant was so happy he went over and gave James a hug.

Conner posing with his two Mickey Mouses.

Bryant with his Light Saver.

I love Christmas. Not so much for the presents that I get, but more for seeing my kids faces Christmas morning. Conner had been asking for "two Mickey Mouses" for a month, and luckily with little reminders never changed his mind. Bryant wanted several things, but most of all a skateboard like his cousins', but Santa knew he wasn't old enough yet, but he got two light savers (Santa must have known he has a little brother. When Conner opened up his Mickeys he was so happy that he held them up and posed for a picture, and kept saying "I got two Mickey Mouses". Bryant was so happy with his light saver I don't even think he thought about the skateboard.
After Christmas at our house we went up to my parents, where the kids got another round of spoiling, and so did we (thanks mom and dad). We were going to go over to Francoms, but the weather was to bad, but we got to relax at home, and let the kids enjoy their Christmas. Later we went back up to my Moms for dinner and to hang out with family, Dave and I did a little karaoke which I know sounded awful, but no one else really tried (David and Jami for about 2 minutes) I think it is harder then people think to sing in front of others. Over all a nice relaxing Christmas.

Conner pretended to be a dog all morning, notice the leach. It was nice to get a new dog for Christmas that was already potty trained. What a good dog.

Here is a picture of Jami and Claire and to the right is the two baskets I made for Claire and Even (we drew them out this year).

Ethan enjoying one of his new books.

Ethan was so tired after opening the presents, and watching all the kids.

As soon as Bryant got home from Grandmas' he couldn't wait to brush his teeth with his new tooth brush/paste that Santa brought him.

The boys got a tent with tunnels on it, that we put up in there room. We let them sleep in it, but Bryant is the only one who lasted in it.

Ethan trying to get courage enough to crawl in the tube. When I went in the tent on the other end he finally did it.

Hanging out at Grandma/pa Johnson's House

Cute picture of my little Ethan:). He is getting so big.

This is my Sister-in-law Jami and her beautiful baby girl (first girl on my side of the family out of 9 grandsons). Aren't they cute.

My nephew Brett is so cute playing guitar with Conner. He was doing the notes and letting Conner strum the song.

My brother David and his wife Jami came down for Christmas with their three boys (Logan, Cameron and Evan) and little girl (Claire). They came all the way from Portland, and we only see them once or twice a year so this is pretty exciting. The first night we made homemade pizzas (good job Candace) and just hung out and visited. The cousin all enjoyed playing, and have been enjoying spending time with each other ever sense. We have been at my Mom's house almost everyday this week, and to be honest as much as I love spending time with my siblings I miss my house, but James misses it the most. My brother Dustin came Tuesday and left Saturday, it was nice seeing him also. I liked having our whole family together for Christmas.

This is the new dog that Candace and Dave got their boys for Christmas, my brother Dustin brought him down from up North, and they didn't want to farm him our for two days so he gave him to the boys early. They were so happy, it was priceless. They named him Floyd (after Pink Floyd, and my great great Grandpa and my Uncle Terry:). The dog is such a good dog, I usually hate little dogs, because they are yappy and think they are so tough, but just annoying. This dog makes me kind of (not all the way) want a little dog around. Cute dog Candace.

Conner playing with Floyd.

Grant and Shay with their new dog.

Bryant with Lucy.

Ethan with my brothers dog Lucy, she is such a good dog. Are kids love her.

Hanging out with the Francoms

Bryant, Ariana, Conner and Daven

Kids decorating cookies with grandma (not pictured).

The Sunday before Christmas we went over to see James' family. It was nice to see everyone who lives around here, and especially those who had to travel that we don't see very often: Rob, Becky, Brione, Dave, Ariana and one of my new nephews Aiden. We had fun just eating and visiting and the kids enjoyed each others company pretending to be Cheetahs all night with instruction from Ariana. We worked on getting pictures of the babies together two of my three new nephews were there, these boys will have so much fun growing up together.
Ethan, Nash and Aiden, aren't they the cutest babies you've ever seen. Nash and Aiden were born on the same day, and are about three months younger than Ethan. You wouldn't know it they are a couple of solid babies, still I think Conner could have out weighed them for sure.

This is just a cute picture of Ethan.

Thanks for coming and visiting, it was nice seeing all of you, sorry we couldn't see you on Christmas.
