Happy Birthday Ethan!!!

For Ethan’s birthday we were going to do a Magic School Bus science party, which was going to be pretty awesome, but also a ton of work.  Then last minute Ethan decided to have a Animal party. 

James made this monkey picture pro for the party.  It turned out great.  

The sling shot was a huge hit.  He also loved the scooter.

Chloe put this outfit together all by herself.  Conner loves to photo bomb.  

3D Picture Ethan Made

Bryant helped Ethan make an origami flower to give me, then Ethan took it and taped it to this paper and drew the stem to make it “3D”.  Then he took it again and used a cut off end of a toilet paper roll and colored yellow paper to make a “3D” sun, then he drew the sun rays.  He is an amazing creative artist.  Love his work.  Chloe wanted to be in the picture.  Surprise, surprise.  

What do you want to be when you grow up?

For the Career Fair Bryant wanted it to be on Manufacturing Engineering, because that is what my brother David is.  For the activity he had the kids make paper rockets, and used the stomp rocket to launch it.  They picked four winners, and Bryant was among the winners.  

Valentines Date

We snowmobiled up to the cabin for a Valentines dinner with Steve and Ginger.  The sunset was amazing, the food was soooooo yummy, and the company was great.  I think it was a favorite Valentines for all of us. 

Valentines Pony Rides!

Nothing says “I love you” like a pony.  There was a winter deal on face book for pony rides, so Haven and I decided to split the cost, and rent the pony for an hour for the neighborhood kids on Valentines Day.  I don’t know who was more excited the kids or Haven and me.

Sledding on the Hill

We got a little snow on the 1st of February.  The kids went out to sled on the hill, and a couple of neighbor girls came over too.  They got some fun in before it all melted, and became a muddy mess.  I (and our neighbors) will miss the hill someday when we sale the lot.
